Aaron Reeder is a performer and creative consultant.
Recipient of the Roger Sturtevant Musical Theatre Award given by Actor’s Equity Association, this Maryland native’s exposure to various musical styles from gospel to opera has served him well, proving him to be a sought after versatile performer. Performing with music luminaries from Dave Brubeck to Renee Fleming to Kristin Chenoweth; he is noted as "one of greater Washington DC area's finest young talents," (The Gazette) and possessing “a voice that soars” according to The Washington Post.
Based in Berlin, Germany he is contracted at top companies and museums throughout the United States and Europe including: Humboldt Forum, Martin Gropius Bau, Berlin; The Tanks at the Tate Modern, London; Avery Fisher Hall Lincoln Center, New York City; Liceu Studio at the Teatre Grec, Barcelona, and Spoleto; Productions with The Metropolitan Opera, Washington National Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Signature Theatre as well as engagements with the John F. Kennedy Center, Ford’s Theater, Harlem Stage, Playwright’s Horizons and Studio Theatre.
Selected as an Arts Envoy with the State Department’s Cultural Program Division, he is traveling the world, fulfilling his responsibility as an artist: “It is my duty to engage my community, making people aware of our connection and relationships through my work.”
After working with the Smithsonian Institution, he developed "Beyond the Lights: Discovering Sammy Davis Jr.” This in-gallery piece gives a unique look at the life, work and contribution of “The World’s Greatest Entertainer” to American culture.

Reeder is capturing interest as a creative consultant. Changing the mindset from "starving artists" to "thriving artists" by cultivating good business to compliment good art. He is praised for his focus on social and economic empowerment of artists and development within corporations through a convergence of business and artistic innovation. 
Studying at Texas A&M and Howard University, Aaron obtained degrees in Marketing and International Business. Along with his extensive performance background, he aids individuals develop the thinking skills necessary to be effective, competitive and relevant in the current economy.
